Secret leaked
A serious leak within a local company has been brought to our attention in another sensational Waffler exclusive!! (okay the only Waffler exclusive)
A mole from within Windrush, the company concerned, who cannot be named* has revealed to us that they are brazenly and actively promoting their services to all and sundry. ‘They have installed a new five colour press and don’t seem to care who knows about it’, our source revealed. ‘I have heard them talking openly about producing flyers, advertising, brochures, even a secret magazine published in some sort of crude marketing code, aimed at duping companies into making use of this press, not to mention their design and web design services. If you ask me it’s grubby attention seeking and I want no part of it.’ He raged ‘Apart from the fact that if you need to talk to anyone about our print services then I’m your man! But that’s it...No more!’
A spokesman high up in the company (ie: someone on the second floor) was today trying to diffuse the explosive situation which, if it got out of hand, could lead to companies everywhere openly and actively seeking work. ‘We’re not ashamed of this coming out.’ He explained. ‘After all we have invested heavily in this new five colour press not to mention a large design studio producing everything from brochures to web sites, so you could say people have a right to know.’
We at The Waffler have launched a campaign to prevent other companies thinking it’s okay to just promote themselves willy nilly. The whole world is going to hell in a hand basket and we wont be carried along with it.
